Blogmas Day 10 2015: Sleek – The Pink Box

Welcome Back To A Day In The Life Of The Anonymous Me!

I have been very busy after school today taking lots of photos for you and I should think about a quarter of them were for this. Today I am sharing with you what is inside The Pink Box from Sleek which is part of their Christmas collection. I was really excited to see this box in my local Superdrug as they do not usually stock Sleek (sad face). So here are the pictures I took and my opinions on the products. Enjoy…

So here you can see that it come in a black box with a pink ribbon. This specifies that it is The Pink Box. Sleek are selling 3 boxes this year which include 3 different sets of products in and they all differentiate in price. This box is the cheapest and was £15. I love how it is wrapped so all you need to do is add a tag to it and put it under the tree.

The Pink Box includes four products with the first being a gorgeous lipgloss  called Pheonix Rising. It has a really creamy consistency and is highly pigmented. This would be perfect to use in a dark, autumn/winter makeup look with a shimmery gold or copper eye.

Next we have a single blush in Antique. Yet again, like with all Sleek products, this is a highly pigmented item of makeup. It contains lots of shimmer and makes you look really healthy and glowing.

The box, to my delight, contains two palettes. The first one is an eye and cheek palette called See You at Midnight. It contains four eyeshadows from the Vintage Romance eyeshadow palette and 2 blushers. It contains a smaller version of the Antique blush and it also includes a really pretty berry coloured blush in the shade Pomegranate. I think this would be a perfect palette to take if you are going away as it contains products for both eyes and cheeks and it is in very slim packaging.

Finally, we have an eyeshadow palette called Sunset which consists of 12 eyeshadows. There are 11 shimmery shades and 1 matte black shade, perfect for using to line the lashes. The pallete contains some really pretty pinks and rose gold eyeshadows which would be perfect for your eye makeup this time of the year. It also contains an electric blue, orange and yellow which I probably won’t use, but they could come in useful for festival makeup.

So there you have it, these are all the products inside The Pink Box from Sleek this year. I would love to know in the comments whether you would buy this box or what your favourite item in the box is.

Until next time, goodbye
